Who We Are

Launchpad Automations (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides automated lead capture and notification services to home service businesses. Our website is launchpad-dashboard-gamma.vercel.app.

Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information depending on how you interact with our services.

From end-users of contractor services

When someone contacts a business powered by Launchpad Automations (by phone, SMS, or web form), we may collect:

Name and phone number
Email address (if provided)
Message content submitted via web form, SMS, or voicemail

From business clients (contractor onboarding)

When a contractor completes our onboarding intake form, we collect the following to set up and register their account and SMS messaging services:

Business name (DBA) and legal business name
Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Business entity type (LLC, S-Corp, Sole Proprietor, etc.)
Business address (required for Twilio SMS brand registration)
Notification email address and business phone number
Business type and service area
Website URL (if provided)

How We Use Information

Information is used solely to:

Notify the relevant business of a new lead or inquiry
Send a one-time automated confirmation message to the end-user acknowledging receipt of their inquiry
Register SMS messaging services with carriers on behalf of business clients (Twilio A2P brand registration requires verified business identity information)
Provision and manage the contractor’s automated lead capture system

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS Messaging

Launchpad Automations sends automated SMS messages on behalf of home service businesses. When an end-user texts a phone number managed by Launchpad Automations, they provide explicit mobile-originated consent to receive a single automated reply confirming their inquiry was received.

Message frequency: One message per inquiry. No recurring messages or marketing texts.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive no further messages.

We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate. Each provider processes data only as necessary to deliver the service.

Supabase — lead data storage and dashboard authentication
Twilio — SMS and voice call handling
Google (Gmail) — intake form email notifications to Launchpad Automations operators
Vercel — website hosting and serverless API infrastructure
Trigger.dev — background automation task execution

Data Retention

Lead information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services to our business clients. Business client information collected during onboarding is retained for the duration of the service relationship. End-users may request deletion of their data by contacting us at the address below.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

Right to know — request disclosure of the personal information we collect about you and how it is used
Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected about you
Right to opt out — we do not sell personal information, so no opt-out is required
Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights
