Description of Service
Launchpad Automations provides automated lead capture, scoring, and notification services to home service businesses. This includes automated SMS confirmation messages sent to individuals who initiate contact with a participating business.
SMS Communication
End-users who contact a business powered by Launchpad Automations (via phone call, SMS, or web form) may receive a single automated SMS reply confirming receipt of their inquiry. By initiating contact, you consent to this message.

User Responsibilities
Business clients using Launchpad Automations agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including TCPA and carrier guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
Launchpad Automations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the prior 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
